Mickey Schoene

Mickey Schoene is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and operations, currently serving as Senior Director of Program Management at Turtle Beach since February 2013. In this role, Mickey leads corporate internal and internationally dispersed teams, developing processes for a scalable organization while collaborating with multiple R&D and manufacturing partners globally. Previously, at Nextivity Inc., Mickey managed substantial growth during the company's expansion from seven to over 100 employees and held responsibilities in engineering and operations. Earlier experience includes positions at AudioCodes as Operations Manager, overseeing manufacturing and quality departments, and at Viadux as Project Manager. Mickey began a career as an Engineering Intern at PCSI, holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology, and has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Purdue University.
