David Doerr is an experienced professional currently serving as a Research Manager at TÜV Rheinland Group since May 2001. In this role, David advises the German Federal Ministries of Economic Affairs and Climate Action and Education and Research on research and development, transportation-related policy, and EU Framework Programmes for Research and Innovation. David also acts as the German National Contact Point for Surface Transport and coordinates transnational research initiatives, while managing the national transportation research programme "Mobility and Transport Technologies."
