Prior to Twilio, Niall held the position of COO at Pantheon Platform, leading efforts to enhance WebOps solutions, and served as CTO/VP of Studio Operations at KIXEYE, driving the development of innovative online gaming experiences. Niall's career also includes significant roles at Zynga as GM of CityVille Studio, and a 11-year tenure at Electronic Arts, where responsibilities included leading diverse global teams in game development. Early career experience includes engineering roles at Activision and Integrated Computing Engines. Niall holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Limerick.
