Barbara Fithian

Barbara Fithian is a seasoned banking professional with over 38 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily with U.S. Bank since May 1989. Currently serving as Vice President, Operations Manager in GTM Client Integration & Support Services, Barbara has also held several other vice president roles, including Treasury Management Sales Support Consultant and Treasury Management & Payments Consultant, earning recognition as a two-time Pinnacle Award Winner. Earlier in her career, Barbara was an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager, garnering multiple awards such as Circle of Excellence Winner and Top Tier Winner. Barbara’s banking journey began at Sun Bank and Crocker National Bank as a Commercial Teller and operations officer. Barbara holds an Associate Degree in Business Banking from Hartnell College, obtained between 1982 and 1985.
