Mike Picciola

Mike Picciola currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Care Operations at ADT since October 2016. Prior to this role, Mike accumulated extensive experience at U.S. Cellular, where responsibilities included leading teams across various frontline channels as a Senior Director of Multi-Channel Operations. Mike's earlier roles at U.S. Cellular encompassed various leadership positions within Customer Service Operations and strategic initiatives. Additionally, Mike worked as a Senior Consultant at BearingPoint and Arthur Andersen. Mike holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting (Honors) from DePaul University.
