Curtis Smith is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in military and civilian law. Currently serving in the US Army Reserves as Team Chief, Deputy Staff Judge Advocate, and Senior Defense Counsel since September 2017, and as Senior Attorney at U.S. Customs and Border Protection since July 2017, Curtis has a strong foundation in criminal defense and military justice. Previous roles include Defense Counsel in the US Army, where representation spanned serious felony cases, and Battalion Judge Advocate, providing legal counsel on operational law and military justice matters.
