Caroline Farr

Caroline Farr currently serves as a Special Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this, Caroline held multiple roles at the Republican National Committee from February 2020 to January 2025, including Midwest Finance Director, Deputy Midwest Finance Director, and Midwest Finance Coordinator. Caroline also worked as a Finance Coordinator at the NRCC from January 2019 to January 2020 and gained experience as a Legislative Correspondent and Staff Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives from July 2017 to January 2019. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Marketing, from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business between 2013 and 2017, following a high school education at Wakefield School from 2009 to 2013.
