Emma'ssecondary education was completed at Millais Secondary School in Horsham, West Sussex, UK, where they obtained their GCSEs in various subjects including French, Spanish, Geography, History, Physics, HE, Computer Studies, Maths, and English from 1982 to 1988. In addition, Emma obtained several certifications including Adult Mental Health First Aid Practitioner from Zeal Health Innovations in 2022, Leadership Upskilling Programme from CI Coaching in 2019, Boredom Slayers from Missing Link - Presentation Specialists in 2019, and Korn Ferry Hay Group Grading Training from Korn Ferry in 2019.
