Dmytro Popovichenko

Dmytro Popovichenko is a Learning & Development Specialist at Ubisoft since May 2015, where responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis, budgeting, developing educational programs, and managing training activities for teams. Dmytro also supervises junior team members and oversees the implementation of the HeyTeam platform for onboarding improvements. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruitment Specialist at Luxoft Personnel, coordinating the full-cycle recruitment process for IT specialists, and as a Recruitment Intern at GlobalLogic, supporting various recruitment projects. Dmytro holds a Master's degree in Management of Organizations and Administration from Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design and is currently pursuing an internship in C++ for beginners at Perspectiva XXI.
