Prior to this role, Daniel was an Associate at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP from September 1998 to January 2005, focusing on litigation. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School, obtained between 1995 and 1998, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Swarthmore College.
