David Rideout is an accomplished Associate Research Scientist at the University of California, San Diego, with a focus on the field of physics. Having started this role in January 2011, David has previously engaged in various research positions, including Postdoctoral Research Associate at both the Institute for Quantum Computing and the Perimeter Institute, and served as a Marie Curie Fellow at Imperial College London. Earlier roles include Postdoctoral Fellow at Hamilton College and Research Programmer at the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics. David Rideout holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
