Margaret S. Leinen

Margaret Leinen has a vast amount of experience in various prestigious organizations in the field of oceanography and climate science. Margaret has held positions such as Director at UC San Diego, CEO at The Climate Response Fund, and Chief Science Officer at Climos, Inc. Margaret has also served as Dean of the Graduate School of Oceanography at the University of Rhode Island and as Assistant Director for Geosciences at the National Science Foundation. Margaret's educational background includes a PhD in Oceanography from the University of Rhode Island, an M.S. in Geological Oceanography from Oregon State University, and a B.S. in Geology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
