Jimmy Friery currently serves as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications for UCSB Athletics and has been a Sports Information Specialist and Statistician at Santa Barbara City College since January 2023. Previous experience includes roles at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History and Sea Center as a Membership Manager and Butterfly Coordinator, as well as editing for Blue Wire Podcasts. Additional contributions to the sports field involve broadcasting and production for the Santa Barbara Foresters and coaching at Santa Barbara High School. Educationally, Jimmy Friery obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from UC Santa Barbara and is pursuing a Master of Coaching & Athletics Administration at Concordia University Irvine.
