Mary Nadeau is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service management and vendor performance. Currently, as Manager of Service Management at UCare since January 2018, Mary oversees the Service Desk and Desktop teams while managing the enterprise ServiceNow solution and associated processes. Prior to this role, Mary held various positions at Land O'Lakes, Inc., including ITSM Manager and IT Vendor and Contract Performance Manager, where responsibilities included vendor management strategy, ServiceNow implementation, and identity management. With a background in change management and business analysis, Mary has developed a strong foundation in ITIL practices and process improvement initiatives across multiple teams. Mary holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Capella University and has furthered their education at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
