Jessica Hendler

Jessica Hendler is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in global recruitment and operations. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at UCB since March 2017, Jessica leads a global talent acquisition team, partnering with senior leaders to shape recruitment strategies, manage workforce planning, and improve processes. Previous roles include serving as the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager in Belgium and acting as a Talent Advisor, where responsibilities included developing talent pools and enhancing the candidate experience. Additionally, Jessica held significant positions at Randstad Enterprise as a Global Account Director for UCB and at SThree as a Principal Recruitment Consultant. Jessica holds a Master's degree in International Management from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
