Pankaj Shende

Pankaj Shende is a highly experienced professional in the biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as Principal Scientist and Group Lead at UCB, responsible for Drug Product Process Sciences activities focused on gene therapy. Shende's previous roles include Senior Manager at Ipca Laboratories Limited overseeing drug product development and stability, and Sr. Research Scientist at Aurobindo Pharma Ltd., leading analytical sciences and formulation development for biosimilars.
