Tom Barlow

Tom Barlow is an experienced professional in the field of football operations, currently serving as a Senior Competitions Manager for Club Competitions at UEFA since August 2009, with a progression through various roles including Senior Football Operations Development Expert and Match Operations Coordinator. Prior to this, Tom held positions such as Sports Coordinator at J&C Sports Academy and Consultant at Eames Consulting, along with earlier experience as a Researcher at Talent Television. Tom holds a degree in Law, with a focus on Law with French Law, from UCL, complemented by studies at Aix-Marseille University.
