Alejandro Padilla

Alejandro (Alex) Padilla is an accomplished HR technology professional with extensive experience in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and management roles. Currently serving as Associate Director HRIS at UHS since November 2020, Alejandro collaborates with senior leaders to establish the strategic vision for HRIS and prioritize projects. Previous roles include Assistant Director HRIS at UHS and leadership positions at CSL Behring, AstraZeneca, and NorthgateArinso, where Alejandro managed significant global HR and payroll projects, IT security programs, and client transitions to HR outsourcing solutions. Alejandro's career commenced at Accenture, where contributions were made as a Partner focused on HR transformation. Alejandro holds a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics from Cornell University.
