Sara Tigay

Sara Tigay, LCPC, CADC, currently serves as Clinical Manager at Skywood Outpatient Royal Oak and as a Business Development Associate at UHS, with experience in clinical management and program development in the mental health and addiction recovery fields. Sara has held various therapeutic roles, including Clinical Program Manager at Foundations Recovery Network and Clinical Therapist at Wellsprings For Women Inc., focusing on individual, couples, and family therapy, particularly in addictive and mood disorders through dialectical behavioral therapy. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Adler University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and History from the University of Kentucky.
