Bao Tran has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Bao is currently the VP of Engineering at ujet.cx since November 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at ujet.cx, including Senior Director of Engineering, Director of Engineering, and Engineering Manager. Before joining ujet.cx, Bao worked at HealthExpense, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were solely responsible for iOS implementation and played a key role in the product launch. Bao has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Yahoo! and Lyris, and as a Software Engineer at Lyris. Bao began their career as a QA Engineer at Hands-On Mobile.
Bao Tran attended UC San Diego from 2001 to 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering.
