Kael Lazla has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kael most recently worked as the Director of Products at Uken Games since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer at The Tiny Digital Factory from April 2022 to April 2023. From January 2018 to April 2022, Kael was the Director of Marketing & Live Operations at Square Enix, responsible for managing performance marketing teams and product teams for upcoming free-to-play mobile games. Kael also worked as BPM at Gameloft from June 2017 to January 2018. Before that, Kael held the role of Marketing Director at Behaviour Interactive from April 2014 to June 2017. Kael began their career at Gamerizon in May 2009 as the Senior Producer & Director of Business Development, where they successfully launched and managed games in the "Chop Chop" franchise. Prior to that, Kael worked as a marketing & communication manager at Phosphore from 2008 to 2009 and founded Mayfair Paris, where they specialized in marketing events and media relations for video game publishers from 2005 to 2008. Kael started their career as the Chef de rubrique at Emapp Consoles Plus from 1999 to 2005.

Kael Lazla pursued a Master's degree in Communication from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne between the years 2001 and 2003.
