Kostiantyn Kuzmenko has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Kostiantyn started their career in 2001 at JSC "Bank "Finance and Credit" as a Senior specialist and Relationship manager. In 2003, they joined ProCredit Bank as a Senior internal auditor and later became the Risk Manager and Head of Operational Risk. In 2009, Kuzmenko moved to Bank Forum where they initially served as the Head of Financial Analysis, Credit Risk Management and later became the Deputy Head of Corporate Credit risk. In 2013, they joined JSC Ukreximbank as the Head of Risk Methodology and Portfolio Analysis and eventually became the Head of Risk Modelling and Reporting in 2017.

Kostiantyn Kuzmenko pursued their education starting from 1995 to 1999 at International Solomon University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics. From 1999 to 2000, they attended Kyiv National Economics University, where they completed a Master's degree in Banking. In 2008, Kostiantyn enrolled in Middle Management training courses at ProCredit Regional Academy Eastern Europe. Additionally, they obtained the certification of DipIFR from ACCA in June 2011.
