Oleksii Strohanov has a diverse work experience in the field of security. Oleksii worked as the Head of Economic Security at JSC Ukreximbank, where they were responsible for developing and implementing economic security policies and procedures. Oleksii also dealt with external vendors and suppliers, conducted internal investigations, and ensured effective monitoring and internal security. Prior to that, Oleksii was the Head of Security at a group of companies involved in manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and food packaging. Oleksii developed and maintained security policies and protocols, oversaw compliance, and assessed potential risks. Before that, they worked as the Head of Security at Unex Bank for two years, and prior to that, they held the same position at Platinum Bank Ukraine for a decade.
Oleksii Strohanov started their education in 1999 and completed it in 2004 at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'. Oleksii studied IT Security during this time but did not obtain a specific degree. In 2013, they attended a program organized by KPMG and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, although the field of study is not mentioned. Later in 2013, Oleksii joined PHDPU and graduated in 2016 with a Specialist's degree in "Enterprise economics".
