Evan Finch is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as a Field HR Business Partner at UL Solutions since January 2025, Evan previously held the position of Talent Experience Business Partner II at Fellowes Brands from October 2022 to January 2025, where responsibilities included coaching leaders in various HR areas and enhancing talent capability.
