Helen Kononelos

Helen Kononelos serves as the Vice President of Global Tax at UL Solutions since September 2022. With a strong background in tax strategy and planning, previous roles include Senior Director of Global Tax Strategy & Planning at McDonald's and Vice President of Tax at Donnelley Financial Solutions, a spin-off of RR Donnelley. Helen's experience also encompasses leadership positions in tax planning and transfer pricing at RR Donnelley, and international tax management at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Sara Lee Corporation. Helen began a career in tax as a Tax Specialist at KPMG. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago.
