Stephen Ma is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Architecture at Ulta Beauty since May 2024 and as an Advisor at Stealth since June 2023. Previously, Stephen held various leadership roles in enterprise architecture and digital solutions, including Acting Chief Architect at Walgreens and Executive Director of Digital Architecture at CVS Health. Stephen has a robust background in defining enterprise architecture strategies across digital, retail, healthcare, and marketing technology domains, with significant experience in leading technical teams, driving innovation initiatives, and implementing technology solutions. An alumnus of Boston University with a Master’s degree in Computer Science and the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Stephen has a strong foundation in both technical and architectural disciplines.
