Kimberly Schroeder

Kimberly Schroeder currently serves as the Associate Director of Gene Therapy Patient Access & Services at Ultragenyx since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Director of Access & Reimbursement at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and Associate Director Regional Access Specialist at Horizon. Kimberly has a comprehensive background in patient access, reimbursement, and support for rare disease therapies, with experience at Biogen as SMA Family Access Manager, focused on resolving patient access barriers. Kimberly also held positions at Shire, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Genzyme, and Pfizer, contributing to account management, education on reimbursement processes, and the launch of therapeutic products. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UC Santa Barbara and studies at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
