Man-Chia Chen has been in the engineering industry since 2007. Man-Chia started as a Research Associate at National Chiao Tung University in 2007. In 2010, they moved to Stanford University where they worked as a Graduate Research Associate and Teaching Assistant. In 2016, they joined Bosch Sensortec as a Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer. Currently, they are the Analog & Mixed Signal Design Manager at UltraSense Systems.

Man-Chia Chen began their education in 2004, when they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Chiao Tung University. In 2006, they participated in a Short Term Exchange Program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Man-Chia then returned to National Chiao Tung University, where they earned a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering in 2011. Finally, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 2016.
