Sylvia Adjei-Asare has extensive experience in international relations and human resources, currently serving as Host Country Liaison and Human Resources Partner at the UNFCCC since November 1999. Prior to this role, Sylvia worked as a Consular Secretary at the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in Bonn, Germany, from November 1989 to October 1999, and as a Bilingual Executive Secretary at the German Agency for Technical Cooperation (now GIZ) from September 1985 to September 1988. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Studies from the Open University in the UK and completed studies at Abuakwa State College in Kibi, Ghana, from 1982 to 1985.
