Archana Datta

Archana Datta is an experienced professional in programme management and sustainable development. Currently serving as an Associate Programme Management Officer at the UN Environment Programme since June 2022, Archana previously held roles including Assistant Programme Management Officer and National Coordinator for India at the same organization. Archana's earlier experience includes working as an Expert in Sustainable Consumption and Production and Circular Economy at the Asian Institute of Technology, as well as various leadership positions at FICCI, where roles included Deputy Director and CDM Consultant, focusing on CDM strategy and training. Archana holds a Master's degree in Environment from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a Bachelor's degree in Botany from Delhi University, supplemented by a short course in Sustainable Consumption and Production from UNITAR.
