Melissa Elza

Melissa Elza has extensive work experience in various HR and talent management roles. Melissa is currently the Head of Talent at Unagi Scooters. Prior to that, they worked as an Advisory Board Member at the NCyTE Center, where they collaborated with higher education institutions and government agencies to improve cybersecurity workforce. Melissa also co-founded GRCIE, an organization focused on revitalizing and diversifying the GRC workforce. In addition, they were the Principal Partner at HoneyBee HR, providing people solutions for businesses in different sectors. Melissa also has experience in HR operations, talent strategy, and managing the HR function for BuzzFeed Motion Pictures. Throughout their career, Melissa has demonstrated expertise in building HR departments, managing employee relations, and implementing talent development initiatives.
