Fidela Hernandez has extensive experience in the banking industry. Fidela started their career at First Interstate Bank in 1985, where they served as the Deposit Operations Manager. In this role, they managed large commercial deposit processing and oversaw the automation of multiple vaults. Fidela provided project management, training, and implementation support. In 1996, they left First Interstate Bank and joined Fremont Bank as the Card Services Manager. Fidela held this position for 15 years until 2013. Since then, Fidela has worked at UNCLE Credit Union. Fidela initially joined as the AVP/Operations Manager and later became the Vice President of Operations in March 2019.
