Serena Rhoton has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as a Contact Center Representative II at UNCLE Credit Union since March 2000. Serena has held various positions within the organization, including Assistant Financial Center Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing daily branch operations and coordinating staff activities to enhance member service. Additionally, as Branch Manager, Serena directed the Pleasanton Branch and managed loan generation efforts. Prior to joining UNCLE Credit Union, Serena worked at Kohl’s in various capacities, including Supervisor, since September 2007. Serena holds a high school diploma from Granada High, graduated in 1997.
