Candice Johnston

Candice Johnston, Ed.D., currently serves as the Associate Dean of Students at UNC Wilmington, a position held since September 2015. Previously, Candice Johnston held significant roles including Associate Director of Leadership Development for the Student Experience at Wake Forest University and Dean of Students at Peace College and Greensboro College. Additional experience includes serving as a Planning Consultant/Project Manager at CREDO and as an Assistant Dean of Students at Texas Tech University. Candice Johnston also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at North Carolina State University. Educational credentials include an Educational Doctorate in Higher Education from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Appalachian State University.
