As the CEO and Owner of Octagon Capital Group, and the Chairman and Co-Owner of Undercover Snacks, Michael demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Michael also founded Paragon Capital Partners, LLC, serving as the Managing Member and Co-Owner. Previously, at Lehman Brothers, Michael held the position of Senior Vice President in Global Mergers & Acquisitions, and at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Michael was the Principal and COO of the Mergers & Acquisitions Department.
