Ben Rajan

Ben Rajan has over 20 years of experience in technology and application development, currently serving as the AVP of Application Development & UX at UNFCU since October 2007. In this role, Ben drives technology innovation, develops and leads UX strategy for digital products, and manages a team of over 10 developers and UX designers. Previous positions include Director of Application Development and Development Manager at UNFCU, where Ben led teams to deliver critical software solutions, implemented agile methodologies, and collaborated cross-functionally. Ben's early career includes roles as IT Manager at Netfast Technology Solutions, Co-Founder and Director of Web & Operations at S&R Fashions/Silverspot.com, and Web Developer at UBS Investment Bank. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Hofstra University.
