Kelly Ball currently serves as a Senior Customer Support Manager at UNiDAYS since November 2017. Prior to this role, Kelly Ball worked at E.ON UK from March 2006, where significant contributions included functions as a Quality Coach, Team Manager, HR Consultant, and Lean Project Team Leader. As a Quality Coach, Kelly Ball maintained business partner relationships and provided consultation to leadership teams for operational performance improvements. In the role of Team Manager, Kelly Ball oversaw a team of 14 Customer Service Advisors, ensuring high standards of customer service. As an HR Consultant, Kelly Ball supported management across Customer Operations with employee relations advice. Furthermore, as Lean Project Team Leader, Kelly Ball developed training manuals that became essential resources for both existing employees and new hires.
