Will Hedley has extensive experience in account management and customer success, currently serving as Account Director at UNiDAYS since July 2021, previously holding roles such as Strategic Account Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to UNiDAYS, Will worked at Viker from May 2019 to July 2021 in various management roles, including Product Manager and Monetisation Manager. Will also gained valuable experience at Student Hubs as Hub Manager, where responsibility included budget management and stakeholder engagement. Earlier roles include Education and Representation Advisor at Lancaster University Students' Union, Faculty Communications Review Officer at Lancaster University, and President of Lancaster University Students' Union. Will began the career as Team Leader in Bars at Lancaster University. Will holds a BA (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from Lancaster University, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
