Joost Aloserij

Joost Aloserij is an experienced professional in business development and strategic solutions for water management, currently serving as the Director of Business Development for Xylem Vue in Central & North Europe since April 2015. In this role, Joost drives initiatives that align with client objectives in the water and wastewater sectors. Previous positions at Xylem include Senior Business Development Manager, Client Solutions Manager, and Client Solutions Architect, focusing on innovative water and wastewater technologies. Joost's experience also includes participation in the 2018 Xylem Strategy Fellowship Program and roles within the Netherlands Water Partnership and various internship positions related to water management. Joost holds a Master’s degree in Physical Geography from Utrecht University and a Bachelor's degree in Land & Water Management from Van Hall Larenstein University.
