Azzulfa Jaini serves as the Head of Knowledge Management at Unified National Networks since January 2020, focusing on fostering a Knowledge Management Culture. Prior to this role, Azzulfa held various positions at Telekom Brunei Berhad from May 2016 to January 2020, including Corporate PMO Project Manager and Process Improvement Manager, overseeing project management life cycles and process documentation. Azzulfa’s earlier experience at Brunei Shell Petroleum from November 2008 to April 2016 encompassed roles such as Asset Engineering Projects IT Delivery Lead and Major Project IT Coordinator, managing IT project deliverables and coordination. Initial career positions included IT Business Analyst at BAG Networks, Part-Time Proofreader at Borneo Bulletin, and Data Entry Clerk at HSBC. Azzulfa holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universiti Brunei Darussalam, complemented by an educational background in the UK and Singapore.
