Ted Dinklocker

Ted Dinklocker is a practice manager and senior consultant at Unify Consulting, overseeing the product management practice with a team of up to 10 direct reports since August 2017. Previously, Ted served as a senior technical product manager at T-Mobile, managing critical partnerships and product integrations while also improving customer care tools used by over 60,000 representatives. Earlier roles include leading projects at Premera Blue Cross and various technical program management positions at Microsoft, where Ted contributed to automotive and web platforms, earning a patent award for data filtering design. Ted holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an M.S. in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
