Tricia Williams

Tricia Williams is an accomplished leader in organizational effectiveness and talent management, currently serving as Managing Director at Unify Consulting since September 2024, and as an Advisory Board Member at Modal since August 2023. Previously, Tricia held the position of Vice President of People/Talent Management & Acquisition at Sound Physicians from October 2019 to September 2024 and worked as Senior Manager of Organizational Development at Nordstrom in 2019. Tricia's extensive experience includes roles at Unify Consulting, EY, Slalom, and Booz Allen Hamilton, as well as military service as an Officer in the US Army. Tricia earned an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Seattle University.
