Gustavo Silva is an accomplished professional with experience in project management, particularly in the pathology and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as a Pathology Project Manager at Unilabs Portugal since February 2020, Gustavo has focused on transitioning to new facilities and developing dashboards to analyze client behavior in relation to lab services. Previously, as a Supply Chain Project Manager at the same company, Gustavo enhanced control over telecom expenditures through data analysis and dashboard creation. Gustavo gained foundational experience with an internship at Cerealis, where work involved expanding the Master Production Schedule for complex product segments, and led corporate relations initiatives at AGE-i-FEUP, successfully raising funds and creating internship opportunities. Educational credentials include a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and an exchange semester at Chalmers University of Technology in Management and Economics of Innovation.
