Corine Raoux-Fontanet

Corine RAOUX-FONTANET is an accomplished finance professional and independent board director with extensive experience in corporate governance and strategic management. Currently serving as an Independent Board Director at newcleo and Unilabs, Corine chairs the Audit and ESG Committees, respectively. Previous roles include Independent Board Director at Schenk Group and Chief Financial Officer at Nestlé, where contributions to digital transformation were significant.
