Shamiel Randeree has over 23 years of extensive experience in various leadership roles at Unilever, culminating in the position of Transformation Director for Southern Africa, focusing on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). Previous roles include General Manager of Ice Cream for Southern Africa, Managing Director of Unilever Zambia, and Senior Brand Manager, where contributions included business development, P&L management, and strategic innovation across multiple product portfolios. Further experience encompasses significant R&D leadership in North America and product development management, underscoring a strong background in innovation and operational efficiency.
