Sheena de Jesus

Sheena de Jesus is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee relations. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Partner for Unilever since February 2023, Sheena collaborates with business and HR teams to enhance talent attraction and candidate experiences. Prior experience includes the role of HR Section Head at CDO Foodsphere, Inc., where talent strategies were developed, and strategic sourcing and employer branding initiatives were implemented. Previous positions include HR Officer at Summit Media, Associate Consultant at Global Executive Solutions Group, and Employee Relations Staff at Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. Education includes an MBA in Business Administration from Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a degree in Human Resource Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
