Swarnendu Bhattacharya

Swarnendu Bhattacharya is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in supply chain and healthcare analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Data Science at Unilever since August 2022, Swarnendu leads AI-driven supply chain transformation initiatives. Prior to this, Swarnendu worked at Cognizant as a Delivery Manager in Data Science, leading healthcare analytics for CVS Health Insurance, and at Firstsource Advantage, LLC as a Senior Data Scientist, spearheading credit risk analytics. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Quantitative Analyst at Gee Bee Securities Pvt Limited and as a Research Consultant at WorldQuant, specializing in market risk and statistical market indicators, respectively. Swarnendu holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and Operations Research from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and is pursuing a Micro-Masters in Supply Chain Analytics through MITx Courses.
