Doyle M. Thigpen

Mr. Thigpen served as CFO of Union Bank since it was organized in 1998 until he retired in October 2019. He currently serves as the Bank’s Corporate Secretary. His prior banking experience included financial and accounting positions with three other banks, most recently with BB&T, and before that, First Financial Savings Bank. Mr. Thigpen is a 1980 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a 1985 graduate of East Carolina University’s MBA program.
