Erin Burger

Erin Burger is the federal action campaign director at the Union of Concerned Scientists. In her role, she coordinates across the organization to develop federal campaigns and strategies that ensure a robust defense against attacks on science and science-based policy.

Prior to joining UCS, Ms. Burger was director of coalition projects for the Climate Action Campaign, where she also served as national organizing director and built a coalition organizing program in key states to promote climate solutions on a federal level. Before that, Ms. Burger was the national deputy field director for the Repower America campaign at the Alliance for Climate Protection, during the congressional battle for cap-and-trade.

Ms. Burger earned a BA in politics from Earlham College.
