Julie Watkins

Julie Watkins is the current Chief People Officer at UniSuper. Julie has previously held positions as Executive - People at HESTA, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at AIA, Global Talent Director at Treasury Wine Estates, and VP Human Resources, Asia Pacific at GlaxoSmithKline. Julie began their career in 1986 as an HR Associate at Coles Group.

Julie Watkins has a post graduate diploma in business management with a major in HR and OD from Monash University. Julie also has a bachelor's degree in business management with a major in HR from Monash University. In addition, they have completed a one week intensive business course at INSEAD in Singapore.

They work with Anastasia Crisafi - Chief Financial Officer, Steve McGregor - Chief Delivery & Information Officer, and Dani Murrie - Chief Marketing & Growth Officer. Julie Watkins reports to Peter Chun, CEO.
